Step 2: Email Follow-Up & Ballpark Estimate

After you reach out, we’ll contact you back via email to gather more information—photos of your space, inspiration images, and approximate measurements. Using those details and our experience, we’ll prepare a ballpark estimate to see if your project aligns with your budget. The purpose of this step is to respect both your time and ours by ensuring we’re aligned up front on expectations and budget before moving forward.

Step 3: On-Site Consultation / Planning Session

For remodels, we’ll meet in person to walk through your home, review the existing layout, and capture your vision.

For custom home builds, this step becomes a planning session where we review your lot, discuss your goals, and begin outlining the foundation of your design.

Step 4: Detailed Proposal

From our meeting, we invest significant thought and attention into creating a detailed proposal. This document combines your inspiration, selections, and our expertise to ensure the scope of work truly captures your vision. It’s carefully itemized so you have clarity on what’s included, and flexibility to adjust as needed.

Step 5: Agreement & Deposit

Once the proposal feels right, we’ll sign a contract that finalizes the scope, terms, and payment schedule. At this stage, we’ll also collect the required deposit to secure your project on our schedule.

Step 6: Planning & Preparation

With your project officially booked, we handle the behind-the-scenes coordination: pulling permits (as required), working with trade partners, and guiding you through selections for finishes, fixtures, and materials. A project kickoff plan will be shared before construction begins so you know what to expect.

Step 7: Project Kickoff

With everything in place, construction is scheduled to begin. Whether it’s a remodel or a custom build, we follow a structured process to keep your project moving efficiently.

Step 8: Project Execution

It’s time to bring your project to life. Our skilled team and trusted trade partners work diligently to deliver high-quality results at every stage. We remain hands-on throughout construction—guiding design choices, coordinating details, and attending design center appointments with you to ensure selections align with your vision.

Step 9: Completion & Final Payment

Once your project is complete, we’ll walk through every detail with you to ensure it meets expectations. The remaining balance is collected at this stage.
