Your journey with us begins when you reach out. Whether it’s through a call, email, or our website, we’re here to listen. Share your ideas, inspirations, and project requirements—the more we know, the better we can tailor our services to fit your vision.

Once you contact us, we’ll respond promptly via email (so keep an eye on your inbox!). Given the high demand for our services, we aim to respect your time and ours by starting with:

• Photos: Share images of your current space.
• Inspiration: Send any photos that reflect your design vision.
• Measurements: Provide approximate dimensions of the areas you want to remodel.

Using this information, we’ll provide a ballpark estimate—a general range based on your inspiration images, photos of your space, rough dimensions, and our extensive experience doing similar projects. This estimate is meant to give you a realistic idea of what a project like yours might cost so we can ensure we're aligned before taking the next step. If the ballpark works with your budget, we’ll move forward to an in-person meeting to refine the details and start turning your vision into a plan.

During our in-person meeting, we’ll work closely with you to define the scope of work for each area. After our consultation, we’ll take the time to build a detailed estimate for each space we discussed. This step is designed to help you clearly understand what you’re getting and what you’re paying for. We do our best to itemize each project, which allows us to make adjustments based on your priorities before coming to an agreement to move forward. We pride ourselves on meticulous attention to detail—so bring your vision, your questions, and maybe a cup of coffee while we dive deep!

After finalizing your detailed estimate, we’ll give you time to review it thoroughly. Have questions or need adjustments? We’re happy to collaborate until the plan is just right. Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll finalize the agreement, which includes the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

To lock in your project, we’ll require a deposit. While deposits are typically 50% of the agreed total, payment terms may vary depending on the size and scope of your project. We’ll provide clear terms tailored to your needs.

With your spot secured, we’ll get to work behind the scenes. From ordering high-quality materials to coordinating schedules, we ensure everything is ready for a smooth and consistent execution. We’ll also let you know when to expect the project to kick off so you can prepare for the exciting transformation ahead!

Before we begin, we’ll provide you with a detailed project plan. This roadmap will outline what to expect and how long the process will take.

• Small Projects: Typically completed within several days.
• Larger Renovations: May take several weeks or months, depending on the scope.

We strive to complete every project efficiently without ever cutting corners, focusing on quality craftsmanship and exceptional finishes.

Once your project is complete, we’ll walk through every detail with you to ensure it meets your expectations. The remaining balance will be due at this time, with many payment options available for your convenience.
