Step 1: Initial Contact Your journey with us begins when you contact Kee Creative Creations. Whether it's a call, email, or message through our website, we're here to listen. Share your ideas, inspirations, and project requirements with us. The more we know, the better we can tailor our services to your needs.
Step 2: Collaboration and Understanding We believe in the power of collaboration to bring your interior design ideas to life. During this phase, we work closely with you to gain a deep understanding of your vision. Here's how it works:
- Reviewing Your Space: We'll ask you to share pictures of your current space. These images help us get a sense of your existing layout, decor, and any challenges or opportunities.
- Inspiration Photos: We encourage you to share inspiration photos that resonate with your style. These visuals provide valuable insights into your preferences and design aspirations.
- Measurements: Provide us with measurements of the spaces involved in your project. Accurate measurements ensure that our designs align perfectly with your space.
- Project Consultation: When required, and especially if we cannot properly assess your space with the provided pictures, inspirations and measurements, we offer two consultation options to suit your needs:
Our goal is to provide tailored solutions, and the choice between virtual or in-person consultations depends on the project's complexity and your preferences when necessary.
- Virtual Consultation: When required, a virtual consultation may be all we need to get started. During this session, we can discuss your ideas, address any questions, and offer initial suggestions if client desires.
- In-Person Visits: Alternatively, for more complex or larger projects. This allows us to assess the space firsthand and discuss design concepts on-site.
Step 3: Estimate After our collaboration, we'll provide you with an estimate, as discussed. This estimate ensures you have a clear understanding of what to expect.
Step 4: Agreement When you're ready to move forward, we'll finalize the project details, and you'll sign our agreement. This agreement includes all the terms and conditions, payment schedules, and a breakdown of the project's scope.
Step 5: Deposit To secure your project's spot on our schedule, we'll require a 50% deposit. This deposit demonstrates your commitment to the project and allows us to begin procuring materials and planning for your project's success.
Step 6: Planning With the agreement and deposit in place, our experts will get to work. We'll begin any preliminary project building off-site, gather materials, and then coordinate a suitable installation date. It's important to note that the client is responsible for preparing the space before the installation date, which includes moving furniture, valuables, and TVs. Please keep in mind that during construction, some dust may be generated, but we will clean up our mess after completion. When scheduling, we will provide you with an estimated duration for the project, which can vary based on the scope of work. Most projects are completed on the same day, but larger projects may take longer.
Step 7: Project Execution Once the project is scheduled, it's time to roll up our sleeves and start. Our skilled craftsmen and designers will work diligently to bring your vision to life.
Step 8: Project Review Promptly after project completion, we'll review to ensure everything meets your expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Step 9: Completion and Payment The remaining balance is due the day of project completion. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
